CodeFlow is an independent software consultancy based in Athens, Greece. We work with software companies and in-house teams on code and architecture review, senior technical guidance, agentic AI integration and custom software development.

Who we are

Background and focus.

CodeFlow is led by a senior software engineer with more than ten years of experience in distributed systems, microservices and software architecture. The work has included large organisations and funded startups, as IT consultant and engineer.

Programming languages are tools. What we offer is architecture, reliability and the delivery of systems that work in production.

Today the focus is custom software development, data management and AI integration through APIs. We build solid systems on the best available services, without hype and without fine-tuning experiments.
